Pattaya Beach offers superb hotels, value-for-money shopping malls and market stalls, a huge variety of restaurants, endless sports and leisure activities, and, of course, the bars and discos that have earned it its reputation.

Jomtien Beach is a long, straight 6km stretch of sandy beach featuring new hotels, resorts, condominiums, shops and restaurants. Its much more peaceful and relaxing than Pattaya Beach.

Naklua Beach. The Area known as Naklua, is the northern most tip of Pattaya Second Road, where it meets North Pattaya Road, it also marks the end of Pattaya Bay. To reach it, just head north from the distinctive dolphin roundabout

Wong Prachan Beach. This 1 km stretch of beach on the northern side of Pattaya Bay is a quiet, serene beach that is ideal for swimming and relaxation. Be warned, there are no shops and few facilities in the area so take with you what you need. The beach is also isloated and difficult to find but well worth the effort if you want a relaxing and peaceful beach.

You can also get one of the daily ferrires that operate to the islands around Pattaya.
